The American Tobiano Overo Association (ATOA) is dedicated to the promotion and preservation of the Paint Horse and its distinctive pedigree. Our mission is to protect and advance the unique genetics and patterns of the Tobiano and Overo Paint Horse. We believe that safeguarding these bloodlines is essential to the longevity and integrity of the Paint Horse industry. Through innovative breeding programs and enhanced genetic and DNA testing, ATOA is committed to ensuring these valuable traits are carried forward for future generations
