Typically ages 8–18 (or per ATOA Youth Committee guidelines)
Demonstrated interest in horses, leadership, and ATOA programs
Willingness to represent ATOA in a positive and professional manner
Youth Ambassador
Represent ATOA at shows, events, clinics, and outreach activities
Assist with youth-focused programs, educational content, and promotions
Promote ATOA through social media (with parental approval)
Support Youth Committee initiatives and special projects
Participate in meetings, workshops, and leadership development activities
Act as role models for other youth members
ATOA offers engaging online education resources designed specifically for youth ages 8 to 18. These materials are designed to help young members develop their skills, expand their knowledge of horses, and establish a strong foundation within the equine industry.
Educational topics cover all aspects of horses, including basic horse knowledge, health and care, history, and industry fundamentals. These industry-leading resources are structured to support learning at various age levels, allowing youth to progress as their knowledge and experience grow.
Through these educational opportunities, ATOA is committed to developing informed, responsible, and confident young horsemen and horsewomen—preparing them to become future leaders within the Paint Horse industry and beyond.
